Nestled on the north shore of beautiful Lake Lure in the foothills of western North Carolina sits an escape, Rumbling Bald Resort. Surrounded by the towering cliffs of Rumbling Bald Mountain, our 3,000+ acre property is home to a private white sand beach, children’s water park, distinct dining experiences and numerous hiking and biking trails, all tailored for relaxation in our authentic mountain getaway.

The charming gazebo sits by the Resort’s beach with beautiful Lake Lure in the backdrop and will accommodate up to 200 guests. Lakeview Terrace is a covered, yet open and airy reception space and offers a stunning 180 degree view of the lake and the mountains. The casual open-air, Beach Pavilion is located on the lawn and sits next to a rushing trout stream. It is an ideal venue for a rehearsal dinner, a reception or a small ceremony. The Beach Pavilion will accommodate up to 120 seated guests. The venue also has a wooden arbor, and the space is perfect for small-intimate weddings and receptions.
